The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Salary Range: CAD $90K-$100K/Month
Job Description:
- We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer & Tech Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, and LWC.
- The role combines deep technical delivery with leadership owning design, code quality, and end to end implementation of AI enabled Salesforce solutions.
- Lead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions
- Build and implement Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding (RAG), and custom agent actions
- Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions (ingestion, modeling, activation)
- Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows
- Own delivery across the SDLC: design, build, test, deploy, and production support
- Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce core platform
- Proven experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases
- Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments
- Experience as a Tech Lead: design ownership, code reviews, and team guidance
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery models
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- JavaScript Developer I
- Integration experience (REST APIs, MuleSoft)
- CI/CD and Salesforce DX experience
