Job Description:
- *** s Institutional Securities Technology team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives for a strategic enterprise platform.
- This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to track and drive progress across a high volume of concurrent initiatives.
- You will serve as the central point of coordination to ensure projects move forward efficiently, risks are identified early, and leadership has clear visibility into delivery status.
- Reporting to a senior leader within Institutional Securities Technology, you will partner closely with engineering, business, and platform teams to keep delivery on track.
- Oversee a centralized portfolio of concurrent initiatives - typically several dozen active at any given time - across business partnerships, system integrations, vendor connectivity, and API based solutions, applying structured tracking and prioritization to keep the highest-impact work moving.
- Establish and maintain structured project intake, tracking, and prioritization processes for new initiatives as they are introduced on a regular basis.
- Actively monitor project health by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers, and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure initiatives continue progressing.
- Coordinate across business units, engineering teams, and external partners to resolve issues, unblock delivery, and align on timelines and expectations.
- Assist with ongoing status reporting and executive level summaries to multiple layers of management, including clear views of progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
- Partner with internal platform, architecture, and shared services teams to ensure initiatives align with approved enterprise standards.
- 8-12 years experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a large, complex enterprise environment, preferably within technology enabled platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of parallel initiatives without losing attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Experience creating and maintaining project tracking artifacts, dashboards, and reporting that provide meaningful insight into delivery progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex activity into concise executive level messaging.
- Comfort using project and workflow management tooling (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Asana) to manage intake, tracking, and reporting.
- Strongly Preferred
- Experience working in financial services, particularly within large, regulated institutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise document processing concepts, including document ingestion, classification, extraction, and optical character recognition (OCR) technologies.
- Exposure to governance, risk, compliance, or information security processes.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to work more efficiently - e.g., AI assistants (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and AI features within project tooling (JIRA/Atlassian Intelligence, ServiceNow Now Assist) for drafting status updates, summarizing meetings, triaging risks, and reducing manual reporting overhead.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms involving APIs, document management, or system integrations.
- Experience preparing or contributing to executive level presentations focused on delivery metrics, capacity planning, and prioritization.
