Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced P&C Insurance Solution Architect / Consulting Lead with deep domain expertise across core insurance transformation programs.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and solutioning experience across Policy Administration, Billing, and Claims platforms, along with the ability to craft business-aligned technology solutions for insurance carriers.
- This role requires a strong understanding of leading P&C COTS platforms and hands-on experience in solution design, estimation, transformation planning, and stakeholder engagement across large insurance modernization initiatives.
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders at insurance carriers to understand transformation objectives, operational challenges, and modernization priorities.
- Lead end-to-end solutioning for large-scale P&C insurance programs across Policy, Billing, and Claims domains.
- Design business and technology solutions leveraging leading insurance COTS platforms.
- Conduct discovery workshops, requirement assessments, gap analysis, and target-state architecture discussions.
- Develop solution approaches, implementation roadmaps, estimation models, and effort sizing for transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and consulting teams to craft scalable and future-ready insurance solutions.
- Provide domain leadership during RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, PoCs, and strategic pursuits.
- Support business development and pre-sales activities by articulating solution value propositions and implementation strategies.
- Guide customers through core system modernization, cloud transformation, digital enablement, and operational optimization initiatives.
- Mentor teams on insurance domain best practices and platform capabilities.
