About the role
Location: Remote
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Partner / Sales Hunter to drive net-new logo acquisition within the Hi-Tech vertical. This is an individual contributor role focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with leading technology companies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling IT Services, Digital Engineering, Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation solutions to enterprise Hi-Tech organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition within the Hi-Tech vertical across the U.S.
- Build and execute territory and account plans to generate qualified pipeline.
- Identify, engage, and establish relationships with C-level executives and senior technology leaders.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting through contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales, delivery, and practice teams to develop compelling client solutions.
- Position IT Services, Consulting, Digital Engineering, Cloud, AI, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Transformation offerings.
- Develop strategic pursuits and respond to RFPs/RFIs as needed.
- Consistently achieve and exceed annual bookings, revenue, and pipeline targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
Required Qualifications
- 10–20 years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Sales.
- 7 years of enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition.
- Demonstrated success selling IT Services into Fortune 1000 Hi-Tech companies.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar consulting and managed services engagements.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
