Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Service Line Sales professional with strong expertise in the Insurance domain.
- The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing accounts across Property & Casualty (P&C), Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Reinsurance clients.
- The ideal candidate should have experience selling IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Application Services, BPO, or Consulting services to Insurance customers.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new Insurance clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies for Insurance customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, market intelligence, and client engagement.
- Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to create customized client solutions.
- Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and contract negotiations.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Insurance sector.
- 10 years of experience in IT Services Sales with strong exposure to the Insurance vertical.
- Proven experience managing and growing Insurance accounts.
- Strong understanding of Insurance business processes across:
- P&C Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Health Insurance
- Claims
- Underwriting
- Policy Administration
- Digital Insurance Platforms
- Experience selling large transformation deals and managed services.
- Strong hunting and farming capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Existing relationships with Insurance clients and decision-makers.
- Experience working with global system integrators or IT services companies.
- Knowledge of Digital, Cloud, AI, and Data transformation initiatives in Insurance.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
