Job Description:
- The project manager acts as the primary leader, ensuring progress remains uninterrupted and standards are upheld during times of transition.
- The Direct Express Project Manager is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the integration of Direct Express into the Money Network. This role is critical to the organization s reputation, revenue, and operational performance, especially within the payments sector and federal benefit programs.
- Direct Express and CcaaS need dedicated support to ensure success of these high revenue and technology advancement projects. This resource will also support other AI and technology projects as needed.
- Strategic Planning: Design and update project plans, guaranteeing alignment with organizational goals and U.S. Treasury requirements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide and unite technical, operational, and business teams for smooth project execution.
- Risk Management: Detect and address threats to timelines, quality, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal teams through clear, consistent communication.
- Vendor Management: Supervise contracts and performance to meet the project s objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities meet federal rules and standards.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, uphold high service standards, and resolve issues proactively.
