• A strong GenAI backbone (Copilot, LLM APIs, private RAG stacks)
• Platform-native accelerators (e.g., AI-infused workflows in Dynamics, ServiceNow, Azure ML, SAP BTP)
• And clear productization paths

This role, as you described, needs to sit at the intersection of those 3.

2. Our Recommended Profile
We d propose a Principal AI Strategist someone who s part evangelist, part architect, and part portfolio coach.
Key characteristics:

• 12–15 years in enterprise architecture with 5 in AI/ML/GenAI
• Proven experience in guiding C-suite and delivery teams across PoC to Production journeys
• Familiarity with (Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Dynamics, SAP BTP)
• Strong ability to mentor and build IQ/AI CoE capabilities internally
