Job Description:
- The Training Lead is responsible for planning, developing, and executing all aspects of end-user training to support SAP implementations (including S/4HANA).
- This role ensures that training programs are aligned with project objectives, business processes, and technology requirements, driving user adoption and readiness.
Training Strategy & Planning.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with project goals.
- Manage training workplans, resources, and logistics.
- Conduct training needs analysis and readiness assessments.
- Create and implement custom education programs based on Adult Learning Principles.
- Coordinate and Track Development of role-based curriculum, job aids, simulations, and SAP-specific training materials.
- Ensure quality and consistency of course materials.
- Coordinate Train-the-Trainer sessions and oversee end-user training delivery.
- Coordinate loading of courses into LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning).
- Provide go-live support and post-training evaluations.
- Track and report training status, issues, and risks.
- Ensure adherence to the End User Training Strategy and timelines.
- 3 years of experience with major ERP systems.
- Minimum of 2 years working with various SAP modules (S/4HANA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles.
- Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training curriculum.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- S/4HANA project experience.
- 3 years of experience with major ERP systems.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with various modules of SAP.
- Professional Services / Big 4 Consulting experience is a plus.
- Classroom training experience.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Knowledge of Content Creation Tool such as Enable Now or Walkme.
- This position requires the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, use a computer and office equipment, and stand or walk to attend meetings and collaborate with team members. The employee must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally and travel to regional offices and client sites by car or air as needed.
