Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Network Security Architect to design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in connectivity, routing, firewall technologies, DNS management, and private networking to enable secure enterprise cloud deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect secure network solutions aligned with organizational security policies and compliance requirements Implement and manage connectivity solutions across on-premises and cloud environments Configure and optimize routing protocols and network paths for performance and redundancy Deploy and manage Palo Alto Networks and Azure Firewall solutions for threat protection Design and implement DNS strategies for secure name resolution and traffic management Architect private networking solutions including virtual networks, subnets, and network segmentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into secure network architecture Provide technical leadership and mentoring to network engineering teams
Required Skills & Experience
Connectivity: Expertise in establishing and managing secure connections between on-premises and cloud environments using VPNs, ExpressRoute, and hybrid connectivity solutions Routing: Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), route optimization, and multi-path networking Palo Alto/Azure Firewall: Hands-on experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Azure Firewall solutions DNS: Deep understanding of DNS architecture, security (DNSSEC), DNS filtering, and DNS-based threat prevention Private Networking: Experience designing and implementing private networks, network segmentation, and zero-trust network architectures Network security certifications (CISSP, CEH, or equivalent) strongly preferred Minimum 5+ years of network security architecture experience
Physical Requirements
The successful candidate must be able to sit for extended periods, use a computer workstation, and participate in video conferences. Ability to travel for client meetings and training sessions (up to 25% annually) is required.
