Rate: $32.17/Hr
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing financial activities, supporting HR functions, coordinating iERG events, handling information management, organizing leadership and community events, supporting continuous improvement projects, collaborating across the business, and presenting to various audiences.
- Must quickly learn and utilize ***Care & PMO systems and processes.
- Financial activities including ensuring that Markview and site expense reports are processed accurately and on-time, expense reporting for the p-card transactions, overseeing capital spending for Avery Creek, and ordering site supplies.
- Human Resources support including maintaining accurate org charts, setting up biometric screenings, organizing flu shots, and setting up benefits meetings as needed.
- Working with the iERGs to set up meetings and facilitate supplies, food, and prizes for those meetings.
- Information managment such as updating leadership dashboards, forecasting PMO orders ?***M, maintaining Champs quotes Access database, maintaining PMO contact charts, updating outlook distribution lists, managing oulook public folders, maintaining access to meeting rooms by priority, coordinating with facilities, security, IT, and catering for meetings, managing the 3 ***Care pool vehicles, maintaining the PMO OE report, assigning links for VOC, and working closely with the business analytics team.
- Leadership activities such as setting up Sales Ops and Avery Creek quarterly meetings, organizing iERG and community events, setting up staff meetings, and organizing employee roundtable meetings.
- Support ***Care EBS and Continuous Improvement projects as needed/assigned.
- Collaborate across the business.
- Has knowledge of or ability to quickly learn ***Care & PMO systems, tools, and processes, *** electrical products and customers, Sales processes, the electrical group structure, etc.
- Has ability to develop presentations for and present to (in person and virtually) audiences at various levels of the company and at various knowledge levels, including audiences outside of direct responsibility.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years in customer support rolesKnowledge of Sales Operations tools, systems, processes is preferred.
- Ability to learn product as needed.
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, credibility, creativity, customer focus, leadership skills, confidence, learning agility, ability to deal with ambiguity and be self-motivated, problem-solving, full Microsoft Suite.
