The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Salary Range: $160K-$180K/Annum
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of Data & Analytics (D&A) services across M&E accounts through strategic account planning
- Develop and execute a focused sales strategy for Media, Entertainment, Streaming, Gaming, and Digital Advertising clients
- Own a portfolio of accounts with accountability for revenue growth, TCV, and profitability
- Lead complex pursuits including data platforms for content personalization, ad-tech optimization, and audience analytics
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, COEs, and delivery teams to build industry-relevant solutions
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, Chief Content Officers, Ad Sales Heads)
- Identify new business opportunities across content analytics, customer 360, monetization, and AI-driven insights
- Represent our client as a thought leader at M&E industry forums (NAB, IBC, etc.)
- Strong experience in Data & Analytics: Data Modernization, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, Visualization
- Domain expertise in M&E including: Audience analytics & personalization
- Ad-tech and MarTech ecosystems
- OTT/streaming analytics
- Content performance & recommendation engines
- Experience with platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, Tableau, Adobe, Salesforce
- Proven track record in consultative selling and closing large deals
- Experience in commercial structuring and solutioning
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence business & tech stakeholders
- 15 years in technology consulting/services with focus on Data & Analytics
- 5 years in M&E industry (Media, Broadcasting, OTT, Gaming, Advertising)
- Proven success in digital transformation for M&E clients
- Experience in both account growth and new business acquisition
- Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred
- Revenue growth via account expansion (70%) and new business (30%)
- Closure of high-value D&A deals in M&E segment
- Client retention and relationship strength
- New logo acquisition in Media & Entertainment
- Improved deal win rates
