Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Client Partner to manage and grow strategic client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- This role requires a strong blend of relationship management, business development, account growth, and delivery oversight.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand business within existing clients.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions.
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and priorities to align solutions effectively.
- Lead account planning, business reviews, and strategic discussions with clients.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and new opportunity creation.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with delivery, recruitment, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in client management, account management, business development, sales, or consulting roles.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level client relationships.
- Strong experience in revenue generation, account expansion, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience working in a matrixed and cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
- Experience managing large and complex client accounts.
- Background in consulting, professional services, technology services, or business solutions environments.
- Experience handling strategic partnerships and enterprise sales engagements.
- Knowledge of account planning methodologies and sales frameworks.
