Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Client partner with a strong background in the manufacturing sector and a proven track record of selling ERP, digital transformation, D&A and Infrastructure services.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the manufacturing industry and will be adept at building and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth and deliver impactful solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients in the manufacturing sector, understanding their business objectives, technology needs, and pain points.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and credibility through effective communication, collaboration, and responsiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on digital transformation strategies and solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients within the assigned large account, leveraging existing networks and industry expertise.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for digital transformation services, including data analytics, cloud solutions, ERP implementations, and infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop compelling value propositions, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Partner with clients to understand their digital transformation goals and develop customized solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives.
- Position our data analytics, cloud, ERP, and infrastructure services as key enablers of digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing organizations.
- Articulate the value proposition of our services, demonstrating how they can drive innovation, enhance agility, and improve business outcomes for manufacturing clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the manufacturing sector, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities and potential threats and develop strategies to capitalize on market trends and differentiate our offerings.
- Multi-years of experience in IT sales, business development, or client management, with a focus on the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of success in selling digital transformation services, including data analytics, cloud solutions, ERP implementations, and infrastructure services.
- Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, including key trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
