Job Description:
Requirements:
- Perform services, which may include, but are not limited to the following:
- The Devshop Team will perform activities required to modernize and operate solutions, including:
- Design and development of Azure Integration Services solutions
- Design and development modernization solutions for the PAWS solution with Cloud native approach on Azure
- Refactoring and migration of PAWS solution and BizTalk integrations into modern patterns
- Implementation of integration patterns
- Configuration of connectivity between cloud and on-prem systems
- Testing, debugging, and validation of integrations
- Support for deployment, release, environment configuration and cutover strategy
- Documentation required to support development and operational continuit
- All work will be governed through a jointly managed backlog:
- Client will define priorities and acceptance criteria
- Insight will support backlog refinement and technical decomposition
- Work is executed in prioritized increments (iterations or continuous flow)
- Progress is tracked through agreed-upon tools and metrics
- No specific scope items or outputs are guaranteed, as delivery is based on team capacity and backlog prioritization
Devshop Team will align all work to:
- The Azure Integration Services Architecture defined during the previous RADIUS engagement
- Azure Cloud native solutions for Application modernizations
- Client application coding standards and deployment patterns
- Client approved integration patterns and design standards
- Client security, compliance, and governance requirements
- Client established DevOps and environment management practices
- Participate in collaboration and coordination activities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on integration design and implementation
- Support knowledge transfer and enablement of Banfield personnel

- Devshop services are designed to be flexible and adaptive:
- Work scope may shift based on priorities, risks, and emerging needs
- Team capacity is applied to the highest-value work at any given time
- Focus remains on incremental progress and operational continuity
