Title: Sr Client Partner – BFSI
Location: NY/NJ
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Client Partner – BFSI to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver value to our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients. This role requires a mix of strategic account management, business development, and consultative solution selling, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner for BFSI clients, managing executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CFO, COO, and business leaders).
- Own P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account strategies including multi-year roadmaps aligned to client business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services and solutions across digital transformation, cloud, data & analytics, AI/ML, cybersecurity, applications, and infrastructure.
- Lead contract negotiations, deal structuring, and pricing in collaboration with internal teams.
- Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to ensure successful execution of engagements, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Hunt for new logos within the BFSI sector, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships.
- Track and report on pipeline, forecast accuracy, and overall account health using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on BFSI industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position the company as a thought leader.
- 10–15 years of experience in sales/account management/consulting in IT services with a strong focus on BFSI clients.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts ($10M ) and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong C-level relationship management and ability to influence decision-making at executive levels.
- Experience in digital transformation, cloud, data, AI/ML, and BFSI-specific technology solutions.
- Ability to blend farming and hunting, expanding existing accounts while driving new client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of BFSI domain challenges, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
