Job Description:

• We are seeking a Senior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to join our team. This is a senior engineer-level position focused on architecture, design, and technical problem-solving for enterprise mobile device management solutions.
• The successful candidate will work with our government client to design, optimize, and troubleshoot MDM implementations across iOS and Android platforms within virtual environments. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune for iOS and Android devices
• Engineer solutions for mobile device management within virtual environments
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex MDM deployments
• Collaborate with government clients on MDM strategy and implementation planning
• Support user-facing technical issues and provide subject matter expertise during client interactions
• Document technical specifications, architecture decisions, and best practices
• Evaluate and recommend MDM tools and virtual environment solutions
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for optimization Required Qualifications:
• Clearance Eligibility: Must be eligible for U.S. government security clearance
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen only
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Intune MDM for iOS and Android platforms
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated competency in mobile device management architecture and design
• Virtual Environment Knowledge: Hands-on experience with virtual environments and mobile device streaming technologies
• Engineering Level: Proven ability to perform engineer-level work, not implementation-focused roles
• Commitment: Willing to commit to a minimum 1-year engagement Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Hypori (cloud-hosted virtual Android workspace) or similar virtual mobile workspace solutions
• Experience managing mobile devices accessing government networks
• Knowledge of mobile security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience with conditional access policies and device compliance management
• Familiarity with mobile application management (MAM) solutions Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
• Ability to use standard office equipment (keyboard, mouse, monitor)
• Ability to participate in video conferences and virtual meetings
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed (frequency to be determined)
